AVIS the rental company provided a lovely car including SAT NAV but a short guide to its use and that of some of the key features of the car in English would have been very useful for this customer. We had to ask a number of locals for guidance and only for that we might not have figured out the functions of the SAT NAV.

Booked easily, fast pickup by helpful staff in Brussels ; easy out-of-hours vehicle return.

I rented a Fiat 500X, that is, a SUV, but I was given a Peugeot 308 station wagon instead. Very nice car to drive, but from a very different type.

Our last rental smelt strongly of cigarette smoke for the week we had it. Please provide air freshners.

Vehicle made in the state where it was rented and cleaned, so good experience.

In general rental cars are ok clean outside, but more rarely inside...especially dash boards!

Very good service. Flexible and accommodating, but finding ones way around to station to the pick up may have benefited from some additional signage. Same is true for the return.There was a printed sheet with the return address but perhaps having it programmed into the sat nav (where that is a feature) in the Home section would be very helpful. The front desk staff were very friendly including the man who delivered the car - he was very helpful with the Sat Nav - but the man receiving it was very off hand and unfriendly. Otherwise I have no complaints

MY TRAIN WAS DELAYED FOR 2 HOURS AND HAVING TO CALL THE CALL CENTER TO UPDATE ARRIVAL TIME AND THE EUROPCAR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY CAR WAS SPOTLESS DEFINITELY USE YOU GUYS AGAINTHANKS TO ALL

Before, I contacted directly Hertz, Avis, Europcar etc. But this time I booked a car via RentalCarGroup, it is less expensive but all the process was the same like official. I am very happy for this.Thank you.

Everything was perfect execpt for a letter that the clerk was supposed to give us to enter Swaziland. We had to go to another office to get this letter.Everything A1
